Our mission is to help mom and dad partners to create happier homes by reducing tensions in the family.

We are both trained coaches with years of experience working with couples and moms and dads.

Sheryl offers coaching to women moms, as well as to couples. Paul offers coaching mostly to men who value their families and who are trying to manage career and home life.

Together, we offer the Parents Aligned tandem coaching program to couples who want to reduce tensions in the home through a two-track group coaching where moms and dads learn practical skills for better communication and stronger alignment as a team.

My attunement, timing, and content combine to free them to be receptive. They leave equipped for bringing their loving, capable parenting presence to themselves and their families, whatever they face.
